50!
I just finished running my 50th mile for the year!
And then I came back to a ladder in my hallway, heard Stan start his truck and ran outside to see what was going on. He's going to fix the hall leak-spot tomorrow, and then ask Wendy about the ceiling in the living room. Basically, if he goes up into the plaster ceiling and it turns out to be a bigger problem than it seems, then I'm in for a huge inconvenience. If he doesn't, then I'm left with an unsightly giant growing crack from a beam that wasn't properly put in. So I kind of have a choice.

And your choices are? Moving out or staying? Certainly use extra sheets or a drop cloth to cover stuff up. And pack or move into a protected location everything you can. Plaster dust gets into everything - towels, clothing, knick-knacks, electronics, etc. You can set out a black cloth or bowl of water in the apartment to see how much dust collects on the surface or settles. You have y sympathy if this is an extensive repair
My choices are:
-Get it fixed now, which involves the dust, moving things around, and etc..
-Waiting to see if it gets wose, then getting it fixed right away.
I chose to wait and see.
