Weekend

What a weekend!
First- My Terminal job went the way of many Engineering jobs and I got laid off on Thursday. But She said I could finish my shifts, which isn't very bright, since the most dangerous person is an employee who doesn't work there.
The end of the evening Friday was capped off by a table of girls I didn't know telling me that I was the best waitress they'd ever had there and got severely pissed off when I told them it was my last night. Declared they'd never go there again if they were going to treat good people like that.

Next- Went to visit Sus-babe, which is always a blast, and when we were in Target a great pair of jeans, size 8, fit. Since I usually wear a 10, had to get them. Made my day!
Then we were off to meet Amanda and Matt for appetizers and drinks. Lots of fun.

Also on friday, I sat and talked to friends (What were they going to do, fire me? HA!) and heard that another bar in town is expanding next week and needs people to work. They pay $2 more an hour plus tips. Claire works there, so she talked to the manager and I called today, and I've got a meeting with him tomorrow. Yay!
