Friday tidbits

UH played SHHS Tuesday and got beat 7-0 but the players are philosophical about it. They played sullivan East last night. Don't know how that turned out yet. I subbed for Ms. Bailiff yesterday. UH is now on fall break. Yesterday was not too fun at school. Everybody wanted OUT. And it was a full moon and the anniversary of 9/11 - very strange day. I am going over today to help Penny write the Tipton-Haynes Annual Report. They have a big Civil War reenactment tomorrow. Will stay away from the horses and cannon. Blueberries and figs, pears are ripe plus we have some cherry tomatoes. And the city repaved parts of Knob Creek. I don't know if they considered the angles but out driveway is higher by several inches now and and there is a lip. It is not feathered into the driveway. I don't know what difrence that will make with the run off when it rains. If it is like that on the other side at least we won't be getting all the debris from the church parking lot.
