The Journey Continues

I'm off to Louisville to go see G before she leaves.
Went down to the weight room at Rose yesterday, feeling the effects of having not lifted seriously in a while. I have been lifting the 15-lb weights in my apt, but that's all. Did get to watch Colts play around on the basketball floor and a few in the weight room. :-)
